چکیده

The present work aims to investigate the midgut bacteria of honey bee (Apis mellifera lamarckii) workers and larvae infested with Varroa destructor. To achieve this task, uninfested parasitic mites were obtained from natural bees apiaries in Qaliubiya Governorate, Egypt. Aerobic isolated A. on nutrient agar medium identified using a culture-dependent isolation along 16S rRNA sequences. results revealed that both V. destructor harbored gut belonging Gamma-proteobacteria strains. contained Enterobacter cloacae Serratia nematodiphila, while species. Uninfested E. hormaechei Klebsiella variicola. K. oxytoca as result infection. We concluded honeybee microbiome composition is likely be impacted through isolates variation by stage diversity disruption

Study of Bacterial Diversity in Poultry Gut Using Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis

Bacteria play an important role in the initiation and progression of diseases (not only in disease but affect health status of individual). Populations of digestive microflora in chicken gut change with age and also affected by diet, stressors, and performance enhancers as well as in disease conditions. The aim of the pre-sent study was to know bacterial makeup in chicken gut, using denaturing ...

Diversity, Bacterial Symbionts and Antibacterial Potential of Gut-Associated Fungi Isolated from the Pantala flavescens Larvae in China

The diversity of fungi associated with the gut of Pantala flavescens larvae was investigated using a culture-dependent method and molecular identification based on an analysis of the internally transcribed spacer sequence. In total, 48 fungal isolates were obtained from P. flavescens larvae. Based on phylogenetic analyses, the fungal isolates were grouped in 5 classes and 12 different genera. F...

Gut bacterial diversity of the tribes of India and comparison with the worldwide data

The gut bacteria exert phenotypic traits to the host but the factors which determine the gut bacterial profile (GBP) is poorly understood. This study aimed to understand the effect of ethnicity and geography on GBP of Mongoloid and Proto-Australoid tribes of India. Fecal bacterial diversity was studied in fifteen tribal populations representing four geographic regions (Assam, Telangana, Manipur...

Colonization with the enteric protozoa Blastocystis is associated with increased diversity of human gut bacterial microbiota.

Alterations in the composition of commensal bacterial populations, a phenomenon known as dysbiosis, are linked to multiple gastrointestinal disorders, such as inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome, or to infections by diverse enteric pathogens. Blastocystis is one of the most common single-celled eukaryotes detected in human faecal samples. However, the clinical significance o...
